Our Structure
Carpanelli is a leading furniture brand in the Brianza district. Within its headquarters in Desio, every phase of furniture creation is managed internally. Production begins in the technical department, where all inputs for the workshop are developed, combining artisanal skill and craftsmanship with the efficiency of CNC machinery.
Material Selection
Carpentry
The first quality control phase, during which specialists carefully analyze the quality of veneer sheets, solid wood and plywood. The finest wood species are selected to create intricate inlays.
The main phase is where wood panels are cut, bent and veneered. During this stage, veneers and inlays are crafted. All parts of the furniture piece, from the original design through shaping and coloring, are sanded and refined to achieve perfect uniformity.
Polishing
Assembling
The final phase before assembly and packaging of the completed product. Multiple layers of finishing are applied to achieve the final appearance. These treatments are designed to preserve the wood while maintaining its natural texture and color.
The finished components are assembled, integrating materials such as marble, glass, leather and metals. The elements are joined through precise fittings and adhesives. Following assembly, each piece is carefully packaged using shock-resistant materials to protect our valuable products.
