The structure is solid wood with supporting column in briarwood, palisander and rose wood veneer with brass trim. The other portion of the surface is in rose wood, with fretwork, and the center is of briarwood. A lovely inlaid scene with ecological motifs in the center. Extentions with patented mechanism, in palisander and briarwood, have the thickness as the top.
