IDEAS 4 WOOD
CARPANELLI AWARD

VIII EDIZIONE: La finale

The Final of the eighth edition of the Ideas4Wood – Carpanelli Award contest took place on July 16.

This year, the event was held in an exceptional institutional setting: the Testori Auditorium at Palazzo Lombardia, home to the Regional Council, in the presence of Alessandro Fermi, Councillor for Universities and Innovation of the Lombardy Region.

The prestigious setting further underscores the growing recognition of IDEAS4WOOD as a leading event on the international design scene, extending well beyond its origins as an industry initiative.

Ideas4Wood is more than a competition: it is an international stage where talent, research and sensitivity come together to give wood a new voice, revealing it as a living, renewable material and a timeless expression of beauty.

The Jury was chaired by architect Silvia Piardi, Honorary Professor at Politecnico di Milano.

Across its first eight editions, the contest has involved nearly 7,000 designers, reaching a total audience of more than 16,000 professionals, architects and students from universities and academies around the world. The current edition alone attracted more than 800 participants.
